The Yahoo System of Measurement

Most people are familiar with, and find quite adequate, the Metric and/or Imperial systems of measurement. However, keen observers of the Internet chat scene are aware of a third system, provisionally referred to as the Yahoo system, after the Yahoo adult chat areas where it is especially prevalent.
Whilst the Metric system has a coherent set of units for measuring almost anything - mass, distance, volume, energy, etc, etc - the Yahoo system is concerned with the measurement of only three physical quantities: penis size, breast size and age.
To the casual observer it would seems as though adequate units are already in existence, and in fact are being used for this purpose in chatrooms, since the units 'inches' and 'years' often occur. It is essential to remember, however, that these are merely shorthands for 'Yahoo Inches' and 'Yahoo Years'. Fortunately it is possible to convert between Yahoo and standard units.
Penis Size:
1 standard inch = 1.5 Yahoo inches *
Breast Size:
measurement in standard inches = measurement in Yahoo inches-4
(to derive standard cup-size, use Yahoo cup size-1)
Age
It is evident that Yahoo years are in no way the same as real years... However, an accurate conversion factor is yet to be arrived at, since 15 real years for a male chatter seems to equal 18 yahoo years, but 40 real years for a female chatter seems to equal 32 Yahoo years. Further research is required and the input of any interested mathematicians would be appreciated.
