Tom Sharpe

1 Conversation

Probably best known as the creator of the Wilt novels and Porterhouse Blue, both adapted (arguably sucsessfully) for TV. I have read all his books numerous times and he is the only author I can remember laughing aloud to, even when re-reading them. My favourite title must be Riotous Assembley, set in the apartied period of SA (of which Sharpe fell foul of), a great and hilaroius read, anybody else got a favourite book of his ?
