Galway in the Summer

Galway in the summer is the place to be. If you're going there just to chillout it's great or you could do the whole tourist thing and it which is just as good.
As soon as you get off the train they're there. Students. Loads of them, lying on the grass, walking around, they're everywhere. This isn't a bad thing because most of them are dead sound and just chillin.
If you have a chance to get to galway during the arts festival, go there. It's brilliant. The night life is brilliant. Most nights there is allnight dancing in the streets. Threr's always music somewhere and always some fun to be had. Even if you don't get to Galway during the Arts Festival it's still great.
If you're doing the tourist thing it's greatly satisfying too. The scenery is amazing and the beaches are gorgeous even if you have to do some driving to get there. ;-)
