The USA (Unofficial Site Assitants) are a group of unofficial helpers, who feel duty bound to helping you get started as a 'new member' of h2g2, along with the other h2g2 help groups.
<p>So if you simply want to know the best places to go for help, or you have 'just' registered with h2g2, and you are feeling abit lonley and left out, the USA's will offer help and/or will be here just as someone to talk to.</p>
