You should only read this if you have read "Guide Entry: A194465: Wizards: a (badly-written) essay on this most odd of species".
What he says is almost completely true, exept that Wizards are not the rarest of all Homo's, telepaths are. Telepaths seem exactly like all other people, it is impossible to figure out if the person you are alking to is a telepath, only other telepaths can figure that out. Telepaths tend to appear close together, where there is 1 there are more.
Telepaths are able to feel and influence other people's minds, not "read" them. Most barricade themselves from the feelings of other minds. Pre-telepaths need to have a telepath awaken their sense or they won't ever become a telepath.
It might seem to some people that this idea is crazy, but it is stone true, I talked to a telepath, I will make various entries about my talks with the telepath.
