Hi Kelli! Did you have a good time travelling?
You can say you write for the BBC on a volunteer basis. Lots of people include being an h2g2 Researcher on their CV - contributing to a collaborative writing project has so many transferable skills. But it is not only writing you can mention.
I know you contribute to ask h2g2 a lot, you could highlight your involvement with the Community and the pooling of knowledge that takes place there.

Hi Abi,
I had a wonderful time thank you, it is horrible to come back to winter-bound england again. I'm trying to think of reasons why I shouldn't just go off to somewhere else now, and can't come up with too many!
Thanks for the advice, it is a long time since I had to write a cv and I seem to have forgotten the art of self promotion, the current draft is very...I did this, then I did that, then I did something else... I need to inject a little pizzazz I think. Maybe my subconscious self is preventing me from making it truely great because then I would have to send it to somebody, possibly leading to an end to my life of leisure!

Writing my CV fills me with dread. There's nothing like a spell on h2g2 to allow me to put it off for a while...
