I logged out earlier today and I can`t log back on. When I logged on with my nickname and password it put me on as a new user. I was researcher 188060-Cybercat. My friend is Smilodon. Someone please help I`m lost.

both the BBC user name & password are case sensitive.

What does that mean?

My actual researcher no. is 188231. I am Cybercat.
I`m really sorry for this.

it means it notices the differance between a "C" and a "c" when you try to log-in.

But I typed in the right one as I normally do.
