Perhaps my atlas is far superior to yours..I'm very surprised YOU couldnt see it,did you have your Gregory Peck's on..?.. So when did you have your humour by-pass op Elf..?
Perhaps I should have supplied you with map co-ordinates you got everything else.....

I don't know if anyone else bothered to look, but, despite smelling a rat early on, out of curiosity I checked through a number of atlases at the local library and several more online; not a whiff of FaktoriyE (near Surgut). There are a few places with double-barrelled names, beginning FaktoriyA.
Art, I really am interested to see this place on a map...perhaps you can show us where it is?
