h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Help! I don't know what's wrong. I definitely registered with h2g2, that was how I got my Personal Space page - in fact there was some annoyance on the POV board last week, when POV posters saw my page, and thought they'd automatically have one themselves. POV members found that they HAD a page (by copying the address of my page, and then substituting their own member-number for mine), but weren't able to post anything to it, the back-end isn't enabled for POV board yet. It was explained that Personal Spaces for POV members won't be enabled until October or thereabouts.

Yup, definitely confused!!!

But you seem to have staying power, Running Dog, so if i were you i would just carry on posting, sooner or later a nice friendly type will sort it all out i am sure!

Meanwhile, i am happy to be your "official" ACE if you wish; i am not exactly a techno wizard; but do know lots of folks on here.

You seem to be finding your way around quite nicely so far; other than this little hiccup, how do you like hootoo? Is there anything in particular you would like to know about the site?

Do join in on convos, mention that you are a newbie, we are in general a friendly lot & will try & help out. I will look for a few links for you.
