Twelve drummers drumming is, indeed, an evocative image especially when one remembers one's last time at the latest club. Techno? Is that a class of music? Or is it simply a blanket description of the type of music that, when played by the young adults, causes Mum's voice to burst forth from YOUR mouth to demand screechingly, "Turn that crap down!"

I think the ultimate drumming would have to be Ginger Bakers drum solo on Wheels of Fire, he was twelve drummers all by himself.
