I'm afraid I didn't read the whole of this. From what I read, I think you have a feeling for dialogue and for conflicts developing between people. 
However, you need to spend longer developing your characters: why should we care about what happens to them if we don't know them? In addition, we could do with more descriptions. What is this place and what does it look like?
Sorry to be critical. If it's any consolation, I think that writing good stories is a really difficult art.
