I've now finished my work on the entry and am ready to pop it back to the editors. If you have any comments, let me know.
I've taken the link to John Ridgeway's excellent entry on Save the Albatross out - unfortunately it's not an Edited Entry.

Thank you for your excellent effort, ZSF! And congratulations on your new badge.
The few things I have noticed are my own errors that show up after giving a fresh read.
In the section Bodies of Water that are Not the Seas;
>The Sea of Galilee, which is known in Israel as lake Kinneret, is in reality ...<
I believe the "L" in lake should be capitalized as part of the name
Under Winds Tides and Currents
>To the north of the Equator the winds usually blow from the north-east and to the south of it the blow from the south-east. <
the should be they
>In many parts of the ocean there are currents that carry water thousands of miles almost like a river in the sea. <
Might read better with a comma after miles
The Perils of the Sea
>The hazards that can be faced on the sea can be dived into four areas; <
should be divided
Your additional links are excellent!
I was not sure about John Ridgeway's page as it has been on the front page, but as you say it was never edited.
I am glad you added the links to the Andrea Gail, there was a bit in the news the other day that some of the families may sue the film makers for not accurately portraying their loved ones.

I'm fairly certain that John Ridgeway's entry can't be included, however I'll point it up in the notes that I send with it when I pop it back FS.
I thought I had amended all the things that needed doing - there werea few bits and pieces, but obviously I wasn't thorough enough. I'll do the amendments immediately, and send it on its way. It'll then be classed as 'pending'. Your guess is as good as mine as to when it will hit the Front Page.
