This virtual nation is bravely making it's home on the internet, until such time as they have five
million citizens, when they plan to apply to the United Nations for Member Status. In addition to this, they will need 20 square metres of land anywhere on earth on which to hold their servers.
Citizenship
If you like it, why not stick around, and apply for citizenship? applications will be granted, regardless of current nationality, so long as you agree to stick to the constitution, which is set by the citizens through online voting.
Constitution
The constitution is available in many languages, including Pascal and C++ for electronically minded citizens, and any new language can be suggested as long as one takes the trouble to translate it.
Requirements
The only requirements for citizenship are that you come up with a new ministry for government, visit the site at least fifty times a year, read the constitution regularly, and vote on other members changes to the constitution.
