The servery - The second course

Dinner tonight will be
chicken marinaded in red wine, cooked in a red wine sauce with mushrooms, red onion, red cabbage, carrot and tomato and some herbs and spices in there too. served with rice.
vegetarian option is a form of nut cutlet type thing served with a similar but veggie sauce.
starter is grapefruit
dessert is strawberry cheesecake (no fairy cake desserts until Menza's "kermit" has gone)
