The generic dark alley exists on all planets. It has 2 main characteristics: its dark, and its an alley.
People often refer to a certain person down a dark alley and an assertion of not wanting to meet said person in said alley.
Dark allies are made on the planet Plouiferous, but they don't make many anymore as the whole planet is covered with an intricate network of dark allies so much so that it is very hard to see yet alone build them.
