Microsoft is a rather large company which is run by one of the richest
people on Earth, Bill Gates. It is a company that makes computer
software, most of which is not compatible with anything unless it is
made specifically to be so, in wich case, you have half a shot. It is
the most widely used software, mostly because it is easy to use. It
does, however, have a lot of problems. The biggest and most annoying of these problems is that if you are not careful, it will crash on you
very often. By crash, I mean that your computer will be left
completely unuseable for a couple of minutes, in which time, you can
lose any work that you have on your computer which has not previously
been saved. It is not the most reliable way to run your computer, but I have yet to find a way that IS reliable, so I would still advise
it's use because, as previously stated, it is easy.
