It's the ultimate smalltalk, right? Even among complete strangers you can find something to say about the weather. But this is the World Wide Web, isn't it? If we're half the globe apart we aren't going to be talking about quite the same weather, eh? So here's some weather to talk about, and a link to some more info about the place.
