Hairdressing Saloon

0 Conversations

Once incredibly popular in the Old West these thriving businesses combined the two most popular cowboy pastimes of drinking and hair design. The invention of the Stetson heralded the evolution of a more macho cowboy, and the hairdressing element of the saloons began to die out. Some, however, stood their ground, and many a gunfight took place after one of the more macho cowboys stumbled into the saloon only to find all the men inside under rows of full-head blow-dryers reading copies of 'Cowbelle' Magazine.
