Internet copyrights

1 Conversation

Everyone has seen copyright restrictions on the web, but ever realize how pointless they are? The very nature of the internet defeats the purpose of copyrighting something. Last time I checked most copyrights state that something can not be reproduced in any form physical or electrical. When you look at a picture or text on the internet it gets copied off the server, into the server's ram, copied to millions of computers, which is then copied to thier ram, and in most cases copied onto the harddrive automaticly for future refrence. So by the time you even see the copyright restriction the copyrighted material has been copied at least five million eighty three trillion trillion billion fifty one million sixty two thousand four hundred thirty nine times!
