I would think so. The decade is now. I hear it playing all the time, and I -think- the title is VooDoo, but I'm not sure. At the end of the song it goes to fade out with

smiley - musicalnote Voo Doo Voo doo smiley - musicalnote
smiley - musicalnote Voo Doo Voo doo smiley - musicalnote
smiley - musicalnote Voo Doo Voo doo smiley - musicalnote
etc.

It has a very basic beat (reminiscent of Native American and/or African tribal music) that is a constant throughout the song. The lyrics are pretty limited, and those I sang in the first post are nearly (but not quite) all of them. I feel like I should know who it is, and it sticks in my head.
