Regards to the song, no idea mate, but it sounds like a piss take along with "I woke up this morning, I woke up yesterday too, and if I wake up tommorow it will be three days in a row" - Dumpy's Rusty Nuts.
Are you sure it's a real Blues song not just a Baron Knights type version?

Of course we can! After all, aren't we all following a multitude of threads on the BBS of life? 
I only mentioned this since I seem to recall reading somewhere (while following links and threads related to this one) someone complaining about getting more threads rather than fewer.
