Well, I've just done one as a forum entry, let them sort it out from there.
I suppose in this way, if anyone else has anything else to say about the same pub then it's all kept together.
Where's you user page by the way?
I'm sure I'll find it and have a look.

Seen it, read it, commented on it. Somewhere.
Have you noticed that there are only three of us doing this one? You've done one in the big island, Slartis' done one over here and I've done six around this little clump of mud. Does this mean I spend too much time in pubs? If so, what am I doing home on a Saturday night? Actually that ones easy, I'm trying to sober up. Drinking at lunch time is definatly NOT good for you.

By the way, what does Mt.Kisco mean?

I think a reason why this one is slow to take up on entries is that over here the pubs are still in full swing. Give it another couple of hours and the reports will come in with bad typing and biast views. In fact it in itself could be a reasonable acurate way of telling where each reseacher has been tonight! They'll stumble in, log on and think 'Yeah, great let me think, where was I again?' I know, I've done it often enough.

No we're not all in pubs at the moment on this side of the pond!

Some of us may have better things to do (or have run out of money or something!).

Anyway in my opinion (not that that's worth a lot) the best two pubs in Britain are at opposite ends of the country.

The Cobweb Inn , Boscastle, Cornwall, England.
Old, Old building Huuuuge range of drinks, good atmosphere and a roaring fire in the winter.

Seamus' Bar, The Sligachan Hotel, Isle of Skye, Scotland.
New,New building , Huuuuuge range of drinks (especially Whisky), sometimes it's like a mini United Nations in there, you can meet people from all over the world there, The food is excellent and cheap (but try to avoid the chips). But best of all they`ve got a ROUND pool table (you can blame your bad shots on it.

Stick them up as entries if you like them,
Go to the main article on The worlds' favorite watering holes and click on discuss in the goo on the left of the page. Put the name of the pub in the subject box and the write up in the text box.
Then post them. You can see from reading the rest of the entries that there is no real style to writing these, just how it flows. It's a good idea though to try and keep in mind that it is a sort of hitch hikers guide, a travel guide if you will.

Ahh, yesssss : The round pool table, spent some memorable moments on this one.

Another good one in Skye is actually part of the Cuillin Hills Hotel in Portree. You have a great view of the port from the window on the right hand side, and it's just at the foot of the mountain range.
