Well if Oddcast is a no go - what about AV in the EG? Or has that gone up the spout too?

Even if Oddcast can't work within the BBC podcast framework, is there a way to get round that? If we just had an mp3 available for download on the Front Page, that wasn't integrated into the BBC podcasts programme, would that necessarily constitute a podcast as per the BBC's requirements? If the content is going to be h2g2-centric, maybe it belongs on our FP and not on the BBC Podcast page anyway.
