Ear Thumps
Created | Updated Sep 29, 2003
I'm not sure what the proper medical term is for this condition - although I have looked all over the Internet for it.
A description of Ear Thumps would be the sensation you get when you yawn and you feel a depressurisation sensation going past your ears. Now multiply that sensation by 5 and then have it occurring spontaneously at a tempo that bears no relation to any other tempo in the body.
Sometimes it feels so "loud" that it wakes you up at night and you can't get back to sleep.
