This is the Hitch hikers guide on earth so I might as well give some advice about hitch hiking in Britain. I have gatherd this information from friends and my own experience.1, Never hitch hike when you are dressed like a goth, people in small rural areas don't like it. 2, Hitch hiking in terrential rain should never be attempted. 3,When hitch hiking always be in a group and never on your own,(This is advice from my mother so I thought I should include it even though it is obvious). 4, If you go hich hiking always carry a sign or make one or you will end up out of your way in a small strangely named village. and finally 5, It does'nt matter if you are a girl or not wearing a dress to get a lift should not be attempted it could get you into trouble. I know you editors said to not be funny but I already am so I can't help it. Thanks for reading this and making it possible for us to be a part of the guide.
