GOD. Fact of Fiction??
Created | Updated Mar 23, 2002
1) The fact that we have not changed at all as a race over the last 5000 years sort of puts out the idea that we evolved.
2) Scientists have agreed on the order that things would have appeared in on the earth. The bible which was written about 4000 years ago (the old testament) agrees on these facts. How could people 4000 years ago know this unless God told them???
3) How could so many different creatures just evolve from a single celled organism floating in some sea somewhere? They HAD to have been made. We may all share a similar structure, but if you were making so many things, and you had a design that worked, would you not use it in all your creations?
4) This is the big one - Scientists say that the universe came from a Big Bang. How could Every thing we know today come from some explosion that occured from absolutely nothing, as there was nothing before the universe. Nothing could cause this. A God could. And the fact that people say "where did God come from then??" is not important. The whole idea of a God is that they Create and are not Created. Therefore we do not have to worry about where God came from. The answer would probably be too much for us to understand anyway. It would be rather like getting a slug to solve a quadratic equation, whilst flying through the air at the speed of light towards a brick wall.
