Half a pint of Guiness
Half a pint of Cider
( The cider should be of one of the stronger varieties )
METHOD
Much to your amusement, and the filling of the Barstaffs drip tray ask the barperson to pour the Cider into the half a pint of Guiness, obviuosly this is contained in a PINT glass....much to their dismay on the first couple of attempts this will cause a large amount of froth and takes some skill to master.
Upon completion of the two being mixed together a mind blowing Bitter Sweet concotion is produced.
For the rich mans version substitute the Cider for Champagne.
