Paper Cups

0 Conversations

The smallest paper cups available -- the most common -- are virtually useless, being the tiniest possible drinking containers that can be provided by party hosts or waiting-room arrangers if they wish to give the impression that they're accommodating at all. (See the entry about waiting-room arrangers.)

A little paper cup holds the equivalent of one and two-thirds average human gulps; you could fit six or eight paper-cup quantities into one regular glass. What's more, a little paper cup can only be used two or three times before the liquid therein begins to taste like paper. Granted, this may be an improvement depending on what's available at the party in question, but even the wax coating doesn't help much.
