Why the Scottish Borders Sucks.

The Scottish Borders does indeed suck. If you are youthfully inclined
or consider having fun as one of your pastimes, do not visit this area.
Swift action will be taken by several sectors of authority if you attempt
to indulge in such lewd acts as laughing, smiling or generaly enjoying yourself.
The police presence in this area is especially over-zealous when it comes
to tackling such people who display such outrageous emotions. This is mainly due
to the lack of crime in the area. While this is not necessarily a bad thing,
it does leave the police force with a great deal of time on their hands, leaving them
to clamp down on the less enforced areas of the law. This said however, underage drinking is almost encouraged and most pubs, depending on your height, facial hair etc, will serve you from around 16 if you are a boy and as low as 14 for girls. There's is only one problem with this however - all the pubs, clubs and other nightspots suck!
