I went the doc's and they are sending me to get physio, but i am in pain even more so now
The doc had me waving my up in the air, aswell as twisting it here and there.
But once i have started the physio, it will soon on be on the mend and i can't wait.
So what else have you been up to besides school, have you been up to anything??

Nats I hope that the physio treatment will help you. I remembering when I was going to the doctor for pains in my back and neck (to see if I had arthritis) he did the same thing and it is very painful. I find I always get temporary relief from pain if I have a hot bubble bath especial those with aromatherapy oils.

Thanx for the s that has made me feel so much better.
I have had physio before on my back, cos i suffer from Sciatica (i think that's how you spell it.)
I had a lovely bath earlier with Lavender Oil in it, and i am going to get another later.
I even had candles lit all around the bath, and i had tubular bells playing in the back ground.

I read about Mike Oldfield not long ago (month ago) in the Doctors Surgery - The Essex Magazine in one of their articles. I also read about some old haunted pubs in Essex in the the magazine. It came from an old edition of the magazine.

I have been to Essex before to see the darts live, and that was in purfleet 2 years ago.

Hi Fay and Nats I hope you are both keeping well and are both having a good evening.

Fay have you had an allergy test yet? I have a herb book which have herbal remedies for migraine. Have you tried the chocolate substitute (I cannot remeber what it is called but you can get at any health food shop).
