Boredom, what you need to know.

It is formed when the signals being received to your brain through your ear (whatever it is your listening to, say a teacher giving a lecture) becomes exceptionally displeasing to your mental state (it becomes dull). Your body then proceeds to send signals to the rest of your body, stating that it has nothing to do, as nothing interesting is happening, you then become extremely fidgety as your body desperately searches for something interesting to do. This is known as boredom.
As for what to do about it, it depends on what you are doing that is causing it. Whatever that is, STOP DOING IT!!!!!
