Indymedia, the FBI and not a lot of information

Just found some info on /. (wont link as some people seem to dislike links to /. dunno why).
Apparently the EFF challenged the US Govt. over this in an attempt to unseal the documents and paper work so that people would know what was going on.
The US Govt has responded that the Indymedia hard drives (presumably the entire server) were taken as part of an international criminal terrorism investigation. This means that the US DC gagging order stays in place so we still won't get to know exactly what5s has happened.
Just thought I should update the thread.
