Now I don't remember saying it was a utopia.

I'm basing my observations on visiting family in KL for the last eight years. Obviously there is still a lot of issues. But where is that not the case. The change in perspective, confidence and ambition within the country and people is palpable. Petronas appears to be enthusing wealth through the country (granted a certain amount of perspective is needed, I'm comparing to what it was). KL has a buzz to it and the amount of public works and beautifull architecture being built through the country is staggering.

So like I said. I think it's a country on the rise.
