Hello,
In my opinion young people are often discriminated in the modern civilized world, they are seen more as the 'children of today' than the 'rulers of tommorow'. Now dont get me wrong there are some people my age who dont know or care about national / international politics well sufficed to say I do. What do you think should young people be allowed a say in anything after all they are the rulers of the future.

If there is a particular political party you are interested in then you can join the youth wing. Or groups like Greenpeace welcome all ages. I read at the weekend of a country which is thinking of introducing woting at birth, so that parents have a responsibility to educate their kids in politics and help them to make a choice.
Its a start!

A jolly good one too. Thanks for the advice. My opinion on voting under age is rather radical in the fact that if we are not voting for the laws why are we forced to obey them. If the English voting community decides to elect a government intent on abolishing certain human rights benificial to children is it just to let this pass without a child having a say in this.
P.S. which country was this?
