Home of the American film industry, Hollyood in Los Angeles is like a world within a world, where nothing is as it seems, and nobody can be taken on face value. Most of the residents are known as actors, and are one step up from amateur dramatists, though in some cases the steps aren't very big.

Hollywood is also known as the 'Dream Factory' because it can manufacture ideals, aspirations and ambitions, and sell them to you as your own. All of which means that self-absorbed, insecure half-hopers from all over the world flock to Los Angeles in the hope that they will find their dream.

Most fail.
