Since by Dr Trout's theories, I am already a confirmed twitcher, I thought I might as well put in an entry on the best place in Ireland to see birds.

Hi Gnomon, you mention swans: it might be worth saying which species we usually get in Ireland. I'd assume these were Mute swans, not the rarer Whooping ones?

Hi Hed. All three types of swan, Mute, Whooper and Bewick's are found on the North Slob. I've added a note to that effect in the entry.
