Part 1: Sections? How do you make these blue section dividers? Some folks build them by hand1, but that is the hard way. There is an easier way. This is part one of the riddle.

Part 2: Referenced Entries/ResearchersHow do you get the referenced entries or researchers to show up on the right hand side of a page? I've scattered clues2 to this throughout the guide, but I don't expect anyone to puzzle them together. Go on, prove me wrong!

I thought there was a third part to the riddle, but I must have been mistaken.
