CHARACTERS A-Z.
A
Azrael-Azrael was the leader of the people of a small tribe of humanoids who had been driven from their homes and forced to live in th wilderness in primitive villages by Rasputaltron.
When the Doctor arrived, pursuing Chekawowe, he helped Azrael and his people reclaim their planet and usurp Rasputaltron.
Azroth-Azroth was Azraels second in command, he assisted the Doctor and Azrael in their mission to usurp Rasputaltron, and he proved to be a formidable warrior in battle.
Arkania-President Arkania was the powerful and ambitious President of Andromeda. President Arkania organised a meeting for all of the major powers, this conference would eventually lead to the formation of the Galactic Federation and Arkania had stolen a War Tardis from The Time lords in an attempt to begin his major conquest of the galaxy. Before Arkania's plans could be carried out the War Tardis exploded, and a hidden Dalek army emerged and destroyed the capital city on Andromeda, the President died during the initial attack.
B
Barok-Barok was a small bat like creature, and the right hand man and loyal servant of Rasputaltron. Barok carried various missions for his master when Rasputaltron was still a senator, these included such things as kidnappings, assassinations and the occasional bit of smuggling. Barok served Rasputaltron faithfully until the small bat like creature was killed in an out of control lift inside Rasputaltrons fortress.
Rasputaltron, however, found Barok in the past and he once again adopted the creature as his servant.
Barok eventually left his master when he was caught up in his own peoples civil war, afterwards Barok attempted to return to his master, only to find that he was missing.
After a brief alliance with the Doctor, Barok was eventually reunited with his master, and he met his doom in an out of control tardis as he was sucked into a time vortex. Barok was later used by his old master in a battle against the Doctor.

Bash-A Dokart who worked with Clank under Mr Terrel and carried out a variety of missions including capturing the Doctor.
Black Dalek-During an attempt to capture the Doctor and enlist his aid in various time experiments the Dalek Force on Earth reported to the Black Dalek on Skaro.
Boraimus Zigrosicanvrawhitetundralar-Boraimus (or Zigrosi as he was known to most others) was a Time Lord of the house of White Tundra. He became a close friend of the Doctor's whilst attending the Prydonian Academy on Gallifrey.
After his venetual graduation he was fast routed into a place in the Chancellory Guard by his father something which Zigrosi himself first resented but grew to like. The major turning point in Zigrosi's life came whilst he was acting as Captain of the Chancellory Guard. His unit was dispatched in a War TARDIS to deal with a crisis on the planet Andromeda.
However, the War TARDIS was intercepted and all the crew, bar Zigrosi, were killed. The Captain was rescued by his old friend the Doctor and assisted grately in his defeat of the renegade Time Lord Laurus and his master Rasputaltron. Upon his return to Gallifrey he was made Castellan. Zigrosi also aided in the defeat of a attempted invasion of Gallifrey. It was believed that he died during this conflict but he was later revealed to have survived, just.
Zigrosi eventually met his end when Rasputaltron bonded with the unfortunate Time Lord to gain mightier power. However, Zigrosi managed to regain enough self control to fling himself int the Vortex, obliterating himself and Rasputaltron.
Also worhty of noting is Zigrosi's son Saeeha. Unfortunately, Saeeha was killed by Rasputaltron when he attempted to exact rveenge for his father's supposed death.
Zigrosi however was far from being dead, Rasputaltron stole the Castellans Tardis and what was left of Zigrosi's influence was passed on to the planet Tilaskiolio where he became the face of the spirit stones which were on the planet.
Zigrosi later came across his old friend the Doctor once more when he arranged the final battle between good and evil and the Doctor and Rasputaltron. After the Doctor had won the battle Zigrosi destroyed himself and the spirit stones to prevent the power crystals there from falling into the wrong hands.

Blessed, Fleet Commander - The original leader of the Valeshini fleet dispatcehd to conquer the planet Putney (known as Earth to the Putneyians). He was obssessed with the planet as his mother had read him Putney stories as a young slug. He was imfamously unreliable (causing a major loss in the war against the Hanias when he stopped the fleet to eat at a Red Hen). He was killed by the alien, Oompa.
Briers, Fleet Commander - A Valeshini Commander in charge of the prime gunship of the Valeshini fleet dispatcehd to conquer the planet Putney (known as Earth to the Putneyians). However, after the Doctor trapped the fleet inside a Black Hole, Briers was promoted to Fleet Commander. After working for decades to free the fleet from the Black Hole Briers was killed by the intervention of the Doctor.
Beelek-Beelek was an Andromedan who helped to search for survivors of the devestating Dalek Attack on his planet. It was Beelek who found K-9 in the rubble.
C
Chekawowe-Chekawowe was once a humanoid scientist experimenting in time travel. During an experiment in time engineering Chekawowe exposed himself to a wave of pure temporal energy and was left as a mutated blob, desperate to become human once more, Chekawowe put his services up for hire. he created a primitive time ship and came across the doomlyks, master criminals, he gave them new life, and a new prison inside his a robotic companion of his called Mhssca.
Chekawowe was recruited by Rasputaltron who promised to restore him to his true form if he stole the frames of time. Chekawowe did so, but acted to save his own skin(or lack there of)when Rasputaltrons plans blew up in his face, literally.
After loving his beloved Mhssca, Chekawowe created a replacement named Nhssca. He was then recruited by Tor Garane, and sent after the Doctor. After capturing the Doctor, Chekawowe was close to getting his own body back, but the Doctor escaped and Chekawowe was left back where he had started. Chekawowe later became mized up in the search for various power crystals with Nhssca and was forced into an alliance with the Doctor, after a failed attempt to seize the crystals Chekawowe and Nhssca were called upon by the Doctor once more to fight Rasputaltron where Nhssca met her doom and Chekawowe built yet another replacement called Ohssca.

Collins, Chancellor-Chancellor Collins was a member of the valeshini ruling council. Collins served under the Valeshini Emperor for many years, until he finally tired of his masters incompetence and sided with Rasputaltron and the other Valeshini. Collins was on Trilask base during the super laser weapon incident. But he survived to return to Valeshnos. Afer the death of First minister Spight Collins was promoted and became the new first minister.
Crilak, War Minister-Ruthless Rutan war minister who served Rasputaltron during the Valeshini/Rutan alliance. Crilak doubted the Sontarans ability to create a super laser weapon, and assured Rasputaltron that they were safe. However Crilak was wrong, when the super laser weapon attempted to destroy Trilask base Rasputaltron executed the Rutan on the spot and replaced him with ambassador Shravok.
Capslock Space Station, The - The Capslock station was an enormous space station in the Keyboard system. Millions lived in its habitation areas for centuries. However, a Valeshini fleet attacked the structure and all but one of the inhabitants (a Truceopper named Oompa) were wiped out.
Chagrin, General/Grand Marshall-General Chagrin was the supreme commander of the valeshini armies. He had worked his way through the ladder of rank to eventually become a member of the Ruling Council. Chagrin was the brother of Fleet Commander Briers and was furious when he heard that he had been killed by the Doctor. Chagrin eventually left the Valeshini to become one of Rasputaltrons closest advisors and proved to be very useful in the war against the Sontarans. When the war was over Chagrin became Rasputaltrons right hand man and accompanied him in the quest for the crystals, Chagrin found himself unable to attack his own people when the Valeshini Emperor Attempted to seize power and he betrayed Rasputaltron, after helping Rasputaltron once more in his battle against the Doctor Chagrin was returned to Valeshnos where he was promoted to Grand Marshall.

Crilax-The Senator who succeeded the President of the Galactic Federation after the war against the Dalek Alliance.
Cyberleader-The Cyberleader represented the Cybermen at the Daleks conference and also orchestrated their attack on the Galactic Federation, finall perishing when his command ship was destroyed.
Cyberlieutenant-The Cyberleader aide.

Dalek Supreme-The Ruthless and evil ruler of the Daleks, The Dalek Supreme oversaw many of the Daleks most ruthless plots. The Dalek Supreme was at the time of his Eighth clone when he hired the Master and was eventually assasinated by him, the Ninth Dalek Supreme clone formed an alliance with many of the conquest bound empires and waged a war against the Galactic Federation. The same Dalek Supreme also supervise the invasion of Andromeda and the alliance with Laurus, he was eventually destroyed by Worlak. The Tenth Dalek Supreme remains safely on Skaro for the moment.

Dalek Supreme's Aide-A Red and Silver Dalek with a black base. The Dalek Supreme's aide is right hand man to the Dalek Supreme and often acts as a war minister, the Dalek Supreme's aide is much more cautious than his master and has survived various encounters without having to resort to cloning.

Davies-An archeologist who was working at a dig site in Egypt in the Valley of the Kings. Davies was killed when the Rani brought to life a giant staue when attempted to secure control over one of the crystals. Davies ancestor in the future came across Rasputaltron and general Chagrin and he and his partner Gallagher had a hard time explaning events to their superiours.
Davrites-A monstrous force created by Davros when he used a special syrum to mutate living Dalek cells and produce a new creation. The Davrites army invaded Earth but were defeated by U.N.I.T and the Daleks. Davros still uses the Davrites for his own purposes.
Donna, Nicole-Tor Garane's devious and beautiful Coreillian secretary. Miss Donna served Tor Garane from a very young age and she had nothing but the deepest respect for her boss. Miss Donna was even put in charge of operations while Tor Garane went off to help plan a war on Skaro in his disastrous alliance with the Daleks. Miss Donna also proved very valuable in helping Garane locate the Second power crystal, After Tor Garane became convinced that Miss Donna was no longer as trustworthy as she had once been he disposed of her. Miss Donna survived to start a new life with the Doctors one time companion, Ethan Forbes.

Dokarts-A robotic race from the outer reaches of the galaxy. They were experts in robotics and engineering and planned an assault on Earth during the 1960s using machines called 'Groovbots' to infiltrate Earths society.
Together with their mysterious ally, Mr. Terrel, the Dokarts masterminded an attack on Earth and were very close to beginning their invasion. However the generators on their ship were destroyed and they were shut down, some ships flying out of the solar system and others colliding with one another and exploding.

Edith-The wife of an archiologist named Davies, while in Egypt at a dig site Edith encountered Davros and was amazed by the unusual dalek creator. She was more than a little shocked when she encountered rasputaltron later on, her experiences and the death of her husband eventually drove her insane.
Emperor, Valeshini-The ruthless and evil ruler of the Valeshini. The Valeshini Emperor has very little Valeshini left in him after being altered to an extent that he is almost completely Robotic. The Emperor encountered some problems when Rasputaltron stole lots of his most high ranking officials and military forces. The Emperor was able to regain control eventually but only with the help of a mystery benefactor from the future who began to dictate orders to the Emperor after a time in exchange for certain advances in technology. The Emperor has also tried to conquer Putney(Earth) several times and has made an enemy out of the Doctor.

Forbes, Ethan-Ethan Forbes was a revolutionary fighter in the french Revolution, and was quite handy with his twin flintlock pistols. Ethan came across Chekawowes craft when it landed in the town which he was in at the time. After getting onboard the time craft Ethan found himself transported to a myesterious planet in the future where he met the natives, led by Azrael, and eventually The Doctor and Ace. After helping the Doctor to rid the planet of Rasputaltron Ethan travelled for a brief time with Chekawowe and then eventually returned home. Ethan was once again united with the Doctor and ended up going to Rasputaltrons wedding where he was captured by Tor Garanes secretary Miss Donna. Althought the two were first enemies a romance eventually blossomed between them and they ended up living together, and having mnay more adventures.

Garth-Valeshini officer and a high ranking soldier in the attempted conquest of Putney(Earth). Garth was also an aide to Grand Marshall Swift, the head of the invasion force and knew of the existence of the mysterious figure from the future who aided the Valeshini in their plans. Garth was eventually shot dead by the Grand Marshall during the final stages of the invasion.
Garane, Tor-Tor Garane is the head of the intergalactic Bank. garane is known throughout the galaxy for his business genius. Garane was once involved in an alliance with the Daleks in an attempted conquest of the universe. The Dalek alliance was defeated eventually by the Galactic Federation who put Tor Garane on trial for his actions, Garane bought himself freedom and returned to his old position as head of the Intergalactic Bank. Tor Garane later dispatched Chekawowe after the Doctor with intructions to remove the time Lords brain to give Garane insite into the future. This plan failed and Garane joined an alliance with Rasputaltron, planning to seize control of the power crystals the skellion was after and sell them off. Garane then formed an alliance with the Valeshini Emperor in secret, supplying his robot army to deal with rasputaltrons forces. Garane was unable to get his hands on the crystals but Rasputaltron no longer posed a threat to his empire. Tor Garane is also known to have one of largest armies in the universe, which comes in useful when some planets do not agree to their deals and contracts.

Gallagher-an archeologist working at a dig site in the Valley of the Kings with his partner, Davies. Their ancestors still work together.
Groovebots-Robot replicas used by the Dokarts in their attempted conquest of the planet Earth in the 1960s.

Hexas-Hexas was a Skellion Commander sent to capture the Doctor by Rasputaltron. After he failed in this task he narrowly avoided Death at the hands of Morgaine thanks to Rasputaltron intervention and was later killed during the battle of Nockmaar by Ancelyn.
Humanoid Figure-A mysterious figure from the far future who uses Temporal communications devices to project his shadowy silhouette in the place. The Humanoid Figure has gained vast influence in the Valeshini Empire and uses them as a force to change events in the past. The Humanoid Figure alsoused Eraimus Terrel to gain control over the Dokarts, supplied information about the Shadow Index to the Doctor and manipulated Davros into seeking the hand of Omega. His identity has yet to be revealed.

The same Dalek Supreme also supervise the invasion of Andromeda and the alliance with Laurus, he was eventually destroyed by Worlak. The Tenth Dalek Supreme remains safely on Skaro for the moment.

Dalek Supreme's Aide-A Red and Silver Dalek with a black base. The Dalek Supreme's aide is right hand man to the Dalek Supreme and often acts as a war minister, the Dalek Supreme's aide is much more cautious than his master and has survived various encounters without having to resort to cloning.

Davies-An archeologist who was working at a dig site in Egypt in the Valley of the Kings. Davies was killed when the Rani brought to life a giant staue when attempted to secure control over one of the crystals. Davies ancestor in the future came across Rasputaltron and general Chagrin and he and his partner Gallagher had a hard time explaning events to their superiours.
Davrites-A monstrous force created by Davros when he used a special syrum to mutate living Dalek cells and produce a new creation. The Davrites army invaded Earth but were defeated by U.N.I.T and the Daleks. Davros still uses the Davrites for his own purposes.
Donna, Nicole-Tor Garane's devious and beautiful Coreillian secretary. Miss Donna served Tor Garane from a very young age and she had nothing but the deepest respect for her boss. Miss Donna was even put in charge of operations while Tor Garane went off to help plan a war on Skaro in his disastrous alliance with the Daleks. Miss Donna also proved very valuable in helping Garane locate the Second power crystal, After Tor Garane became convinced that Miss Donna was no longer as trustworthy as she had once been he disposed of her. Miss Donna survived to start a new life with the Doctors one time companion, Ethan Forbes.

Dokarts-A robotic race from the outer reaches of the galaxy. They were experts in robotics and engineering and planned an assault on Earth during the 1960s using machines called 'Groovbots' to infiltrate Earths society.
Together with their mysterious ally, Mr. Terrel, the Dokarts masterminded an attack on Earth and were very close to beginning their invasion. However the generators on their ship were destroyed and they were shut down, some ships flying out of the solar system and others colliding with one another and exploding.

Edith-The wife of an archiologist named Davies, while in Egypt at a dig site Edith encountered Davros and was amazed by the unusual dalek creator. She was more than a little shocked when she encountered rasputaltron later on, her experiences and the death of her husband eventually drove her insane.
Emperor, Valeshini-The ruthless and evil ruler of the Valeshini. The Valeshini Emperor has very little Valeshini left in him after being altered to an extent that he is almost completely Robotic. The Emperor encountered some problems when Rasputaltron stole lots of his most high ranking officials and military forces. The Emperor was able to regain control eventually but only with the help of a mystery benefactor from the future who began to dictate orders to the Emperor after a time in exchange for certain advances in technology. The Emperor has also tried to conquer Putney(Earth) several times and has made an enemy out of the Doctor.

Forbes, Ethan-Ethan Forbes was a revolutionary fighter in the french Revolution, and was quite handy with his twin flintlock pistols. Ethan came across Chekawowes craft when it landed in the town which he was in at the time. After getting onboard the time craft Ethan found himself transported to a myesterious planet in the future where he met the natives, led by Azrael, and eventually The Doctor and Ace. After helping the Doctor to rid the planet of Rasputaltron Ethan travelled for a brief time with Chekawowe and then eventually returned home. Ethan was once again united with the Doctor and ended up going to Rasputaltrons wedding where he was captured by Tor Garanes secretary Miss Donna. Althought the two were first enemies a romance eventually blossomed between them and they ended up living together, and having mnay more adventures.

Garth-Valeshini officer and a high ranking soldier in the attempted conquest of Putney(Earth). Garth was also an aide to Grand Marshall Swift, the head of the invasion force and knew of the existence of the mysterious figure from the future who aided the Valeshini in their plans. Garth was eventually shot dead by the Grand Marshall during the final stages of the invasion.
Garane, Tor-Tor Garane is the head of the intergalactic Bank. garane is known throughout the galaxy for his business genius. Garane was once involved in an alliance with the Daleks in an attempted conquest of the universe. The Dalek alliance was defeated eventually by the Galactic Federation who put Tor Garane on trial for his actions, Garane bought himself freedom and returned to his old position as head of the Intergalactic Bank. Tor Garane later dispatched Chekawowe after the Doctor with intructions to remove the time Lords brain to give Garane insite into the future. This plan failed and Garane joined an alliance with Rasputaltron, planning to seize control of the power crystals the skellion was after and sell them off. Garane then formed an alliance with the Valeshini Emperor in secret, supplying his robot army to deal with rasputaltrons forces. Garane was unable to get his hands on the crystals but Rasputaltron no longer posed a threat to his empire. Tor Garane is also known to have one of largest armies in the universe, which comes in useful when some planets do not agree to their deals and contracts.

Gallagher-an archeologist working at a dig site in the Valley of the Kings with his partner, Davies. Their ancestors still work together.
Groovebots-Robot replicas used by the Dokarts in their attempted conquest of the planet Earth in the 1960s.

Hexas-Hexas was a Skellion Commander sent to capture the Doctor by Rasputaltron. After he failed in this task he narrowly avoided Death at the hands of Morgaine thanks to Rasputaltron intervention and was later killed during the battle of Nockmaar by Ancelyn.
Humanoid Figure-A mysterious figure from the far future who uses Temporal communications devices to project his shadowy silhouette in the place. The Humanoid Figure has gained vast influence in the Valeshini Empire and uses them as a force to change events in the past. The Humanoid Figure alsoused Eraimus Terrel to gain control over the Dokarts, supplied information about the Shadow Index to the Doctor and manipulated Davros into seeking the hand of Omega. His identity has yet to be revealed.
