Aachen

1 Conversation

Aachen is small city of two hundred and forty-two thousand inhabitants, a technical university, a lot of chocolate from Lindt, tons of "Aachener Printen" and, naturally, some nice old buildings.
This alone is not very remarkable. What really is remarkable is that it rains all the time.
Actually it does not rain all the time, but when it does not it only does so in order to confuse it visitors and make them want to live there.
For instance when I was visiting the city to see whether I might be pleased to live there, it was all constant sunshine, about 37 degrees celsius and just all too shiny and happy.
So I went and lived there. Since then I have seen a good 3 days with sunshine - and that was when a lot of new victims were visiting the city. Now they live here, too. And, of course, they have not seen a single day without rain since they moved in.
