How To Eat A Coconut Using Only A Plastic Knife

Knowing how to eat a coconut using only a plastic knife can be very useful, especially if your hobbies include being stranded on uninhabited islands with a general store. However, as complicated as it may seem, there's a simple trick that makes survival possible under such conditions.
First, take the plastic knife and the coconut. Put the coconut down, and throw the plastic knife at the first bird you see (penguins are good because they are so very slow). Then, if you hit the bird, cook it and enjoy the meal. If you don't, take the coconut and crack it open with a rock.
Also, you can throw the coconut at the bird, but this usually isn't considered too bright, since the chances of loosing all your food are quite high.
