Elevator

You enter the door from the corridor and you end up in the elevator. As you look around you see a couple of buttons like an average elevator but what you notice the most is it is an upside down elevator. It looks like your standing on the ceiling and the floor is above you. Well you are about to hit a button 1, *, 3, 4, 5 when a droid arm shoots in between the doors to get on. He gets in, tips his metal hat, and says "Hello my good sir. How are you this fine day?" You answer him and he pushes the 1 button. So you ask him where that goes and he says "Why to the engine room of course." Then he points to the * button and says that is the corridor. Points to 3 and says intell, research, and engineering are on this floor. Points to 4 and says barracks and game/dance hall are on this lovely floor. Then he points to the last button and says that the bridge is that floor.
