well, considering we know:
a) that he currently has no plutonium - no weapons of mass destruction
b) where his base is
c) where he is
Wouldn't it be a good idea to take him out now before he gets the plutonium, constructs a new secret, *dr evil voice* underground layer with a rotating chair (end dr evil voice* and hides himself

*waits for something to happen that will prevent this - it's a spy society therefore teh plot can't finish until the world is threatened with imminent destruction *

but we might as well wait for a threat - it gives the mission a sense of urgency

a visit from the boss

well It's sort of worked in the past... but even then only half the agents turned up... The problem is that Cells 1 and 3 are inactive as they have no-one to do their missions... Owlatron tries to do the Cell 1 mission with Reefgil but with just the two of them it doesn't work...

what if you kinda joinsd cells 1 and two and three and four together

but thay are still seperate... kinda

so the agents from other cells can take part in missions....
but the leader of the origanal cell that mission was for is still in charge....
and if thay arent there then it command goes to whos in charge...
just till we get some action agents well....
I think thats the best idea i can come up with at the momment...

*a misterious agent (yes the one from an earler mission)walks in*

M "oh Alix its you... sit down"

*Alix aka misterious agent sits on a chair*

A "so Mr M we meet again what is it you wish me to do this time"
M "well Alix your friend tell me a little about her"
A "i dont know who you meen"
M "dont play stuped with me"
A "you taught her dont you know enough"
M "it s true i taught her chemestery but... i regret to say in her 13th year she switchd to Biology"
A "i thought she might... she is too strong willed foer you to controle"
M "tell me how mutch has she changed... is she still friends with him"
A "yes she is but i dont think it will be too hard to separate them"
M "good... and her possision with the enemy is it strong"
A "i dont know that she refused to tell me... however i think that she controls a small sub-section of agents"
M "that is unfortunate... tell me what is hetr job there"
A "she is an agent"
M "come on she will not have abandend science completly"
A "i think she is still in science... genetics or something like that"
M "thank you you may now go back to your cell"
A "but you said if i told you you would relese me"
M "tut tut have you lerned nothing... i will not let any of my pupels escape me that is why i need her to return"
A "she will never return to you... he will prevent it"
M "he can do nothing... he is a computer scientist and knows nothing of her predicament... and i think it is safe to bet that none of her friends know eather"

M "escort this prisoner back to his cell"
A "you will never get away with this"
