Runs bath and put bubble bath. Takes dressing gown and nightshirt. Gets into bath and washes with bath sponge. Relaxes into bath and sinks beneath the water and the bubbles. Is in the bath for 30 minutes and then gets out of bath and dries myself with towels. Gets dressed and proceeds to the kitchen.
