Imperial Culture
Created | Updated May 17, 2003
Attributes of the Imperial Culture are marked by presence of a Chinese restaurant, at minimum. Increasing degree in various combinations of paved roads, electricity, street furniture, fast-food chophouses, convenience stores, television, cellular telephone coverage, and such like.
Most Imperial Culture is American; by nature dross because it panders to the lowest of the low, inimical to the body, mind, and spirit. Surviving in such an environment requires constant effort, which tempers the whole person; this is the beneficial effect, the silver lining to the mephitic cloud.
