The right soulmate though should be able to help you build up your self belief though, surely? X

Perhaps... But I think I need to change the way I view myself and be comfortable with believing in myself before I could accept belief in me from another...

maybe... but how do you build belief in yourself without positiveness from another person? Hope this helps huni - but u seem like a beautiful person! x

Part of me may be a 'beautiful person' but there are other parts of me which are ugly if I don't do something from within myself to overcome the uglier parts then no matter how much positive feedback I get from lovely people like my friends here on h2g2 or from a soulmate the ugliness will chew it all up... My inner critic etc are that strong.

Stealth... you are beautiful no matter what! And no matter how long it takes, as your friend (i hope) Id like to be able to help you over come anything you feel within yourself. please. x

Well - i want to try. What do you like about yourself more than anything else? And what is your least favourite aspect of yourself? If we're friends, then any pain from trying is out weighed by that friendship.

I honestly can't think of anything I like aboyt myself let alone what I like most...
My least favourite aspect is my appearance.

How we look isn't important. You know that! Its how we feel and who we are inside that matters. I know you know thats important, because it's the basis of alot that you've told me! I used to not be able to think of anything I liked about mysdelf, and its still a struggle. But when you find that first thing, it becomes easier. Mine was my little finger on my right hand... coz its got a little bend in it, no scars and its on the arm which I have never cut. Try to find that thing sugar. Then focus on it.... xxxxx

There is much I would like to change about me, but have grown comfortable with how I look now, how short I am, my potbelly,the fact I am so shortsighted I am blind without glasses,my clumsiness, and my cuddliness (I will never be model slim) these are all things that make me,me,if I didn't have them I wouldn't be me
It is what is on the inside that counts

I will probably never get to meet you, but to me you are a loverly person, you have a lot to offer

You are kind, thoughtful and generous, to name just a few.....
