Most often it has been observed that some foster children grow up as spoiled human frustrated creatures except a very rare few after they are 18 or so when they are no more in their foster parents' look after or custody for this or that reason.
Isn't it better for such children to have been brought up, educated trained and groomed by a responsible project set up of the Government or some dependable NGO etc. so that they can also live a prestigious life like common people of the society?
