PEWL - Penguin Egg White Lyzozyme

0 Conversations

PEWL - Penguin Egg White Lyzozyme is a 171kDa enzyme from the birds of the 'Fridgius linux' species.

First obseved in 1902 by Sir Scott in his wonderful trip to the pole, penguin egg white lyzozyme was the main driver of the new industrial revolution of the 20th century.

Unlike HEWL, hen egg white lyzozyme, PEWL is a murky brown gooey and sticky substance.
