Scrambled Eggs

My entry for this would be a hotel in New York (or if you're from America: New York, NY - why you feel the need to add the state as well is beyond me - it's not as if there is another New York anywhere...? But I digress...) - it's called the Algonquin, and is located between 5th & 6th Avenues, on W45th St (I think - somewhere around the 40s anyway).
This hotel should be granted instant "Scrambled Egg Heaven" - because not only are the scrambled eggs light and fluffy (and hot - why is it that scrambled eggs cool down so quickly?) - but they also contain chopped peppers, presumably as an added bonus (kind of "Thanks for staying at our hotel"), as well as an extra conversation topic at breakfast (and lets face it, we all need some help when it comes to breakfast time conversation topics)
The Algonquin is also a very interesting hotel, because it used to be the haunt of the Literati during the 1920's - again something virtually unique in America: somewhere with some history!!!
