The French aristocracy died because ownership comes with consequences. One of the responsibilities of ownership is contribute to survival of biosphere and humanity as a whole, support leadership qualities and find leaders to take over ownership.
I am using your property when I post this idea, asking for compensation is your right, using contributed artical to pay for the compensation is successful business practice.
To gain a thriving business protect the right of ownership, to use law because it permitts what you do doesn't change the fact that you are promoting and supporting extinction.
