Kat & have a already but if thats bacon i smell.....hang the diet...make it a large bacon butty on a wholemeal ( (unbuttered) bun with 
sauce it looks quite nice outside today going out for a walk with Mr Floyd laters

George & i are taking a walk & taking some photos in Newcastle Centre today
well by the tyne to be precise it is one ov my fave thinking spots when life gets a bia bit hard to handle!!..then we are off to an art gallery, dinner & maybe a little shopping

Trish I hope you will have a very good time out with George.
I find walking along the river Tyne scary as I keeping on thinking I am going to fall in the river and I even get vertigo looking at the river Tyne bridges.
